Meet the Experts
Tuesday – Thursday, times vary

Drop in and meet the EWE expert – winemakers, consultants, product managers, cider makers, academics, vineyard managers, and more. All are past or present EWE Speakers and they will be available to answer your questions. No appointment needed, just swing by and chat. See the line-up & schedule here.

Welcome Wine Reception
Tuesday, March 14, 6:00 – 7:30 pm

This is the place to taste and learn about a wide variety of wines from around the East. All of the wine is donated by the supporting regional associations and by individual wineries and winemakers attending EWE. Light bites and appetizers also provided.

Post Reception Networking
Tuesday, March 14, 7:30 pm

Just because the official EWE reception ends, it doesn’t mean the conversation and networking need to. We suggest gathering together at The Exchange, the Marriott’s rooftop lounge, immediately following the reception and keep the momentum going.  Overflow: Plough.

Buffet Lunch Social
Wednesday, March 15, 12:00 – 1:00 pm

It’s not just a hearty lunch. It’s also a chance to make new connections, to further the conversation from the morning conference, to catch up with old friends, and to fuel up before visiting the exhibit hall or attending afternoon conference sessions.

11th Annual EWE Industry Celebration Dinner
Wednesday, March 15, 6:45 – 8:15 pm

This is the night we all come together to tell stories, enjoy Eastern wines, share the learnings from the day, eat dinner, make connections, and celebrate one of our own. And then get your auction paddles ready…

ASEV-ES Silent Auction
Wednesday, March 15 & Thursday, March 16

The Silent Auction will feature a range of items from low to high value. Place your name and bid on the items you want, then return throughout the show to ensure you’ve not been outbid. All proceeds support the ASEV-ES scholarship fund.

ASEV-ES Live Auction
Wednesday, March 15, 8:15 pm

This lively event provides not only the opportunity for friendly bidding wars and potential bargains, but most importantly a chance to contribute to the next generation of industry talent via much-needed scholarship funding. So raise that paddle and join the fun!

Open to all EWE & LTS attendees.

Lunch Buffet in the Exhibit Hall
Thursday, March 16, 11:45 am – 1:15 pm

This casual walk-around lunch buffet is a great way to meet with the exhibiting companies and learn more about the services and products that can help you in your business. A variety of food options will be available, compliments of the 2023 EWE Exhibiting Companies. Free to all EWE and LTS attendees.

Co-Located Event:
License to Steal Wine Marketing Conference

This is the conference where wineries, growers and ancillary entities willingly contribute and collaborate on marketing ideas, relationship building, and revenue generation. It includes the very popular ‘steal sessions’ where the best and newest marketing ideas are shared with attendees.  It takes place March 14-16 and is chaired by Donniella Winchell, Executive Director of the Ohio Wine Producers Association.

LTS attendees will have complete access to the EWE Exhibit Hall and various EWE Events. Visit the Registration page for the pass options and inclusions.

We look forward to seeing you!
