Guest Chef Supper Series ft. Nate Sloan of Bloom Restaurant & Wine Bar

Throughout this series, Veritas is partnering with Chefs from a variety of backgrounds and influences to showcase their unique culinary achievements. In June they will be joined by Nate Sloan of Roanoke’s Bloom Restaurant & Wine Bar. Bringing a passion for fresh ingredients, this summer supper draws seasonal inspiration from local farmers. Weather permitting, guests will be dining among the vines to truly experience the connection between the land and the table.
