Grab your apron and learn the tricks of perfecting pierogi in the Pippin Hill kitchen. Executive Chef Ian Rynecki will share his tips and tricks on how to perfect this traditional Eastern European dumpling. In this class, you’ll learn how to create dough out of flour, dairy and butter before adding a savory or sweet filling and perfecting the art of molding pierogi. Following the hands-on demonstration, guests will sit down together to enjoy a plated dinner with Chef Ian Rynecki.
