Spring Bottling Preview

Join for a tasting previewing wines that will be bottled this April.  Cana winemaker Melanie Natoli will lead a conversation about wine production and development, from the vine to the cellar to the bottle. The tasting list will include seven wines that are not yet bottled:

24 Rosé of Cabernet Franc
24 Chardonnay
23 Cabernet Franc
23 Petit Verdot
23 Norton
23 Le Mariage
23 Unité Reserve

Light charcuterie is included. After the tasting, you will have the opportunity to purchase these unreleased wines at a special rate.
