Event Details

Join for a weekend that culminates in a fun Summer event where culinary lovers get to experience the food and farm scene in Loudoun County!

From long alfresco tables to picnic tables, enjoy an evening of Agri-Cultural culinary excellence presented by Taste of Blue Ridge’s Root to Table Culinary Series. Once again the series and its guests will gather under the Grand Manor House’s walnut trees at Bluemont Station Brewery & Winery.

The Great Chef’s Table will feature everything prepared on an Outdoor Grills. Stop by the Beer & Sangria Garden and then stroll by the chef’s food stations to sample Hors D’oeuvres fresh off the grill! In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn how various kinds of woods and delectable sauces kick main entrees up a notch.

Charter Chef Erik Foxx-Nettnin will be doing a special  demonstration – “Blue Fin Tuna – Broken, Poked, Grilled and Seared”

With the bounty from our local farms, we will feature great summer dishes with a challenge to the chefs to win the Best of the Best Summer Dish! This competition will be voted on by you, the guests. Then end the meal with desserts right off of the grill and local ice cream.
