Come Cut Your Own Christmas Tree at 12 Ridges Vineyard!
We are VA’s highest vineyard and we’re located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Cut your own tree while enjoying the gorgeous mountain scenery, and once you’re done, head up to our tasting room to enjoy some high-altitude wine (Tasting room open 12-5). We have music and food most weekends! Check out our calendar page for details.
This is our last year for Cut Your Own Trees so come out soon! We cannot guarantee trees will be available on the later dates!
Our Trees are on sale from 10.00 am – 4.00 pm on the following dates:

12 Ridges Vineyard is VA’s highest vineyard, located at mile marker 25 on the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are family-friendly and leashed pets are welcome on our patio & hilltop (Pets are not allowed indoors). We sell wine, cider, snacks, & non-alcoholic beverages inside our tasting room from 12-5 Fridays – Sundays

Horton Vineyards has been hosting a four-part event series this year to showcase the versatility of Virginia terroir and the diversity of winemaking. The series started with an Albarino tasting in May, Nebbiolo tasting in June, Pinotage tasting on International Pinotage Day in October, and will finish the series with a Touriga Nacional and Port wine tasting in December.
