CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (November 2004) – Popular local publishing company for families today announced an exciting expansion. They are going to move to full-color glossy printing for their AlbemarleFamily Living Magazine and expand from quarterly to 10-issues-per-year. The company is also introducing an ancillary publication, The AlbemarleFamily Home Guide, a handy book filled with seasonal tips and many local professionals.
Co-publisher, Jennifer Bryerton, says, The company has grown annually by at least 18% and this year’s expansion is part of our long-range plans. We have had such successes that we have an opportunity now to hire and provide even more resources for our community – that is really exciting. Bryerton, who also serves as editor, adds, Our expanded issues will allow us to run more editorials which will now also include many features about the family home, personal finance, and many other topics important to women.
In addition to the magazine changes, we’re also introducing our signature events, adds Co-publisher Robin Bethke. Each February we’re hosting the AlbemarleFamily Fun Fair & Camp Expo and in September our AlbemarleFamily Parent Lecture Series.
Started in 1998, AlbemarleFamily is dedicated to being “The Ultimate Resource Making Parenting Easier & Growing Up Fun”.
