Let's Talk Tomatoes Cooking Class

Learn to cook with summer’s most versatile vegetable: the mighty tomato. Harvest fresh and flavorful produce from the Pippin Gardens and learn how to utilize the ugly tomatoes as well as the beautiful ones! With Chef Victoria as your guide, you’ll get a hands-on lesson in making Tomato Tarts and Roasted Ugly Tomato Vinaigrette.

About the Cooking Class Experience

Participants will receive a welcome glass of bubbly and enjoy a guided tour of the Pippin Gardens before venturing into the kitchen for an interactive cooking demonstration. After the lesson, guests will indulge in a family-style dinner in our Tasting Room.

Sip on Pippin wine while you unlock your culinary artistry—each attendee also receives 2 drink tickets redeemable for your choice of pre-selected red or white Pippin Hill wine.

Upon arrival, please check in with our team who will provide you with your drink tickets, the recipes to follow along, and an apron for the evening. The price of your ticket covers a $135 class fee and a 20% service charge.

Our wine experts at Pippin Hill will hand-select a red and white wine to pair with your dinner. If you loved our pairings during your class, wines by the bottle are available for purchase, our team can even prepare a bundle for you to take home at the end of the night.
