“We stumbled across this gem while enjoying a beautiful drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway! Be careful, you might miss the turn! They aren’t allowed to put signage up on the parkway, but if you go past, you’ll want to turn around! The ladies behind the bar were so nice. They had music playing on the large patio. The views are beautiful!! The wines were good too!! We will definitely return to enjoy this place as soon as we can!”

Welcome to 12 Ridges Vineyard, a uniquely Virginian, high-elevation vineyard, tasting room, and residence club located at Mile 25 along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
High-elevation winemaking is thrilling! The challenges of rapidly changing temperatures and a shorter growing season are many, but these characteristics also lead to incredible complexity in wine. Our families launched 12 Ridges Vineyard in 2019 with the goal of crafting world-class sparkling and still wines that reflect our 3,300 feet, cool-climate elevation in Virginia.
12 Ridges Vineyard offers tastings, private events, and more. We also offer many opportunities for guests to customize their 12 Ridges experience by hosting private events and elopements. Or better yet, seize the opportunity to own your own piece of vineyard real estate at the 12 Ridges Residence Club, the world’s first vineyard residence club.
Enjoy wine tastings on our generous terrace with its breathtaking views, or feel free to bring a picnic blanket or folding chairs and select your own perfect spot to sit on our hilltop.
