Ovoka Farm in Paris, Virginia specializes in sustainable, high-quality luxury beef. The farm is home of Wagyu cattle, a very special Japanese breed. Wagyu beef is considered the best in the world because of the exceptional flavors, tenderness, extensive marbling and high standards of care for the cows. The Ovoka herd has three carefully planned meals a day and free range access to fresh Virginia pasture, displaying stewardship of both the land and the livestock. The farm dates to 1731 and offers farm tours, tasting dinners and farm stays on the picturesque property. They also offer delivery subscriptions to their best cuts of meat for residents of the DMV area. You can find their delicious beef served at fine restaurants from neighbor Ashby Inn to the Inn at Little Washington.
