Petrossian Caviar was founded in Paris in 1920 by two Armenian refugees who immigrated to France. The brand blossomed through the decades, becoming the leading purveyor of luxury caviar in the world. For their 100th anniversary celebration, they chose to make the journey from their base in Paris to collaborate with Virginia’s own Inn at Little Washington. Michelin starred Chef Patrick O’Connell—a longtime client and highly respected collaborator of Petrossian Caviar—welcomed the Petrossian delegation, including the president of the company, Alexandre Petrossian. Petrossian appreciates the care and creativity Chef O’Connell and The Inn at Little Washington show in their use of Petrossian’s luxury caviar and enjoyed the chance to celebrate the long-term partnership between the two giants of the global hospitality industry.
