Shenandoah Peach Cocktail
Shenandoah Peach (Makes One Cocktail)
What You Need:
1½ oz. Virginia Highland Malt Whisky1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice1 oz. peach simple syrup (recipe below)Slice of fresh peach to garnishOptional mint sprig to garnish
How to Prepare:
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass.2. Add ice to the glass and stir.3. Garnish with peach slice and sprig of mint.
Peach simple syrup: Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add 3 cups of sugar, stirring until dissolved. Remove from heat, add 4 peach tea bags and let steep for 20 minutes. Remove tea bags. Good to store for up to two weeks.
