The book is the first in a series and features Chef Cosner’s top tips for recreating the winery’s culinary masterpieces in your own home. Cosner studied culinary arts in school before joining the team as a prep cook in 2015. She has since worked her way up to Executive Chef. Pippin Hill is owned by prominent hospitality group Easton-Porter and renowned for their visitor experience, which includes gorgeous gardens, dining, a recently opened inn on the property and a greenhouse that functions as a classroom.
